Solutions Engineer
Leads a corporate development team building AI agents, automation, full-stack internal applications, and data capabilities. The role combines hands-on architecture and development with technical leadership, Azure deployment, CI/CD ownership, coaching, and internal evangelism.

Responsibilities
- Own the internal R&D roadmap for AI, automation, and developer tooling, turning business problems into prototypes and production-grade systems.
- Evaluate AI models, frameworks, SDKs, and developer tools; establish adoption decisions and prototype-to-production practices.
- Design and build AI agents and agentic workflows using multi-agent orchestration, tool/function calling, MCP integrations, and RAG pipelines.
- Build and maintain full-stack internal web applications with TypeScript/Node.js, React, and PostgreSQL or equivalent technologies.
- Deploy and operate applications on Microsoft Azure, including App Service, Container Apps, Functions, Azure Container Registry, Key Vault, and Entra ID.
- Own CI/CD pipelines, environment management, secrets handling, and release practices.
- Share ownership of the internal data warehouse, including architecture, data quality, access patterns, and integrations with AI and reporting.
- Set technical direction, review designs and pull requests, make architectural decisions, and coach team members and colleagues.
- Run internal training sessions, demonstrations, office hours, and AI development-tool enablement programs.
- Promote the team's work, develop internal product ideas, build cross-functional relationships, and present initiatives to leadership.
- Apply application and cloud security principles involving identity, secrets, data handling, and software supply chains.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong full-stack development skills with TypeScript/JavaScript and at least one of Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Experience designing and shipping AI-powered applications, preferably involving agentic systems, tool use/MCP, RAG, or LLM-driven automation.
- Deep hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including application deployment, networking, and Entra ID identity.
- Strong CI/CD experience using GitHub or a comparable platform.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience leading small, senior technical teams as a team lead, tech lead, or principal engineer with lead responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Claude Agents SDK or Microsoft Agents SDK.
- Experience building internal developer platforms or productivity tooling.
- Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Intune, or Microsoft Graph.
- DevOps or platform engineering experience with Docker, infrastructure as code, or observability.
- Engineering-level familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
