Product Engineer
Build frontend-led, full-stack product experiences for generative image and video models, including playgrounds, dashboards, demos, and reference applications. The role requires strong product sense, visual craft, debugging ability, and experience shipping production software while critically directing coding agents.

Responsibilities
- Ship high-quality web applications end to end.
- Turn research capabilities into products, from first prototype through production.
- Own frontend architecture and engineering practices.
- Set the visual bar through shared components, interaction detail, and polish.
- Design for long-running generations, iterative editing, large media payloads, and real-time inference.
- Drive performance for high-volume media processing and user-perceived latency.
- Collaborate with research, infrastructure, growth, and design teams to prioritize work.
- Decide what to build, decompose work for coding agents, and critically review generated code.
- Work across the frontend, API layer, database, and migrations.
Requirements
- Track record of shipping real products used by real users.
- Experience driving coding agents on non-trivial existing codebases and reviewing generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.
- Strong visual craft and ability to work from Figma or from scratch.
- Strong product sense and ability to make and explain UX and technical tradeoffs.
- Excellent debugging skills.
- Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-paced early-stage environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Experience building developer tools or creative applications.
- Experience building interfaces on generative models and working knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
- Instrumentation and experimentation experience, including analytics, A/B testing, and activation funnels.
- Open-source contributions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base annual salary: €140,000–€190,000 plus equity.
