Responsibilities

  • Own the evolution of Mercor’s brand identity across campaigns, launches, web, social, events, and internal communications.
  • Translate complex ideas about AI, talent, and work into clear, compelling visual systems.
  • Create high-impact brand assets, including landing pages, presentations, social graphics, advertisements, illustrations, event collateral, and product marketing visuals.
  • Develop and maintain a distinctive, modern visual language.
  • Partner with marketing, product, recruiting, and leadership teams to communicate Mercor’s story across channels.
  • Build scalable brand systems, templates, and guidelines that maintain consistency as the company grows.
  • Work autonomously on ambiguous ideas while delivering polished creative work quickly.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, brand systems, typography, layout, and storytelling.
  • Passion for building distinctive, polished, and culturally relevant brands.
  • 4+ years of experience in brand, visual, or graphic design.
  • Experience designing across web, social, campaigns, presentations, and marketing surfaces.
  • Strong taste, attention to detail, originality, and ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience designing for AI, marketplaces, recruiting, fintech, or other complex technical products.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $200,000–$300,000 annually.
