Senior/Staff Product Manager owning Ambient AI product surfaces end-to-end for healthcare. Drive discovery to delivery, shadow clinicians, shape clinical documentation and automation workflows, manage health system relationships and metrics in a fast-paced AI-native platform.

What You'll Do
- Own product areas end-to-end: drive features from discovery through delivery, scope requirements, align engineering, manage QA, and track outcomes after launch.
- Spend time with providers in exam rooms, shadow clinical workflows to understand friction, surface pain points, validate ideas, and incorporate provider perspective into decisions.
- Shape next generation of Ambient AI: build workflows for clinical documentation, tool interaction, and time reclamation; influence roadmap for ambient documentation to end-to-end clinical automation.
- Own health system relationships: deeply understand integration requirements, navigate customer stakeholders, ensure fit with operations.
- Define and drive metrics: set OKRs, use quantitative and qualitative signals to prioritize and demonstrate impact.
- Translate complexity into clear direction: work across engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders; understand integrations, read technical constraints, communicate effectively.
What You Have
- 5+ years of Product Management experience at a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology company.
- Strong fundamentals in discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, and shipping in fast-paced environments.
- Technical fluency: understand APIs and integrations, hold substantive conversations with engineers, read technical documentation.
- Structured approach to user research: run studies, synthesize findings, turn insights into prioritized actions.
- Clear writing and communication: sharp PRDs, crisp updates, align competing priorities.
- Comfort with ambiguity and excitement about shaping the role.
- Curiosity about AI, especially in clinical and voice contexts.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR.
- Clinical background or time spent working alongside providers.
- Consumer product experience building end-user loved products.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring other PMs or cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to AI/ML or ambient voice products.
