Partners with customer-facing technology leaders to manage full-cycle recruitment for architecture, services, presales, and value engineering roles. Advises hiring managers using talent-market insights while delivering strong candidate experiences and improving recruiting processes.

Responsibilities
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with regional hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Provide strategic recruiting advice and support throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR, Compensation & Benefits, and other stakeholders to align recruitment with company goals and processes.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Recruit for Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Services, PreSales, and Value Engineering roles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Coordinate with Talent Coordination to schedule interviews and support candidates and hiring managers.
Market Research and Talent Insights
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Provide market intelligence to hiring managers to support decision-making and talent strategy.
Recruitment Process Excellence
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics and process effectiveness.
- Report on recruiting activities, challenges, and successes.
- Use applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to improve efficiency and consistency.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting technical, customer-facing roles for a technology company.
- End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing through offer management.
- In-house, agency, or RPO recruiting experience in product, technology, or IT services businesses.
- Strong understanding of technology and industry trends.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
- Strong communication, sourcing, candidate outreach, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, candidates, and partners.
