Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist
Owns the end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle, customer collections, marketplace invoicing, sales tax oversight, and month-end close support. The role requires 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, excellent English communication, and availability during fixed Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities
- Own the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including customer setup, contract review, credit checks, invoice creation, payment processing, and cash application.
- Contact customers by email and phone to manage collections, resolve billing inquiries, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Lead weekly accounts receivable aging reviews with internal teams and resolve billing roadblocks to accelerate collections.
- Manage invoicing and payout reconciliations for transactions processed through the AWS Marketplace and Google Cloud Marketplace platforms.
- Use Anrok for automated sales tax calculations and state filings; audit transaction data, review tax logic, resolve exemptions and errors, and make manual adjustments before filings.
- Support month-end close activities, including bad debt reserve calculations, revenue alignment, reconciliations, and aging analysis.
- Partner with Sales and Operations to improve billing workflows, address system bottlenecks, and build scalable billing processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Accounts Receivable experience managing end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, including confidence leading client calls to resolve sensitive billing issues.
- Flexibility to work fixed Pacific Time hours, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM PT at minimum, regardless of local time zone.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and high numerical accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team-first mindset, and a record of cross-functional problem-solving.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce.
- Experience working directly for or with US-based companies, including familiarity with US business practices, payment formats, and communication norms.
