Own and scale the deployment operating model for EliseAI’s future housing platforms, combining strategic analysis with hands-on customer engagements. The role requires 3–7 years in strategy, consulting, product management, or startup operations, strong analytical and technical judgment, and substantial cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities
- Own core pieces of the deployment motion, such as scoping methodology, migration readiness, or the product requirements pipeline.
- Diagnose deployment issues using engagement data, retrospectives, and direct observation; prioritize improvements affecting timeline, cost, and quality.
- Model the function at several times its current volume and identify constraints that require proactive investment.
- Define priorities, timelines, and success metrics, and drive changes through Product and delivery teams.
- Carry one or two customer engagements to pressure-test processes and recommendations.
- Translate engagement patterns into prioritized product requirements with Product and Engineering.
- Help hire, onboard, and ramp team members; codify deployment best practices.
- Travel approximately once per month for around three days.
- Work in person at the office four to five days per week.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, and/or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience designing and standing up processes or systems that continued working after implementation.
- Strong technical intuition, demonstrated by a STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
- Ability to take ownership and operate autonomously with sound judgment in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Experience independently managing complex, end-to-end projects in a client-facing setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
- Manager salary range: $160,000–$200,000.
- Senior Manager salary range: $190,000–$250,000.
