- Build and refine the operational engine supporting Fortuna’s consumer experience.
- Help strategize expansion into new states.
- Lead implementations with new clients.
- Shape how the product supports thousands of people navigating coverage each month.
- Own ambiguous operational problems and develop end-to-end workflows.
- Contribute across multiple operational functions and help lead and develop a team as the role grows.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in operations or consulting.
- Product-oriented mindset focused on delivering a seamless, user-centered experience.
- Ability to take ownership of ambiguous problems and execute independently.
- Ability to work with speed, focus, and attention to detail in a high-output environment.
- Strong communication, respectful disagreement, empathy, humility, and low-ego collaboration.
