About the role

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from sourcing to close
  • Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality GTM and Growth candidates
  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards
  • Craft great candidate experiences, from first touch to offer
  • Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels
  • Contribute to scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale
  • Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on GTM and Growth roles
  • Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent
  • Experience recruiting for roles like Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how GTM teams scale
  • Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills
  • Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams
  • Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage
