Own the end-to-end delivery of datasets and environments for frontier AI labs, translating ambiguous partner requirements into scoped, staffed, quality-controlled shipments. The role requires strong operational judgment, organization, communication, and experience with agents, evaluations, or reinforcement learning workflows.

Responsibilities
- Own delivery from intake through execution, review, and final shipment.
- Build processes that make quality visible, measurable, and consistently enforced.
- Interface with researchers and engineers at leading AI labs to shape data products.
- Plan and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks.
- Translate partner requirements into concrete specifications, delivery plans, quality standards, staffing, timelines, and risk mitigation.
- Automate recurring operational work in collaboration with engineers.
Requirements
- Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or reinforcement learning workflows.
- Exceptional organization, judgment, and communication skills.
- High agency, ownership, and a bias toward action.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base compensation: $150,000–$300,000, depending on experience and level.
- $4,000/year travel stipend.
