Tax Senior Analyst, Foreign Compliance and Reporting
Supports multinational corporate income tax compliance, statutory reporting, tax provision, forecasting, and related tax projects across foreign jurisdictions. Requires 4+ years of corporate income tax experience, including foreign compliance experience at a publicly traded multinational company.

Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of APAC, EMEA, and LATAM income tax compliance and reporting obligations.
- Review income tax returns and statutory tax provisions prepared by service providers; prepare supporting workpapers.
- Prepare or review tax payment calculations and facilitate payments.
- Analyze impacts of foreign income tax laws.
- Establish processes for new tax regimes, such as Pillar Two, and expansion into new jurisdictions.
- Respond to taxing authority correspondence and resolve tax controversy matters, including tracking and replying to notices.
- Prepare tax department budgets, review engagement letters and invoices, and manage income tax withholding payments and form filings.
- Automate and streamline tax reporting and compliance processes using AI.
- Support tax process changes and implementation of tax technology tools.
- Support quarterly and annual US GAAP income tax provision calculations and cash tax forecasts, including return-to-provision calculations and payable proofs.
- Perform tax modeling and other special projects.
- Support diligence and tax accounting related to acquisitions and corporate reorganizations.
- Liaise with Statutory Reporting, Treasury, Accounting, Legal, Payroll, and other teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, law, or a related field.
- 4+ years of combined public accounting and/or industry experience specializing in corporate income tax.
- 1 year of foreign income tax compliance and reporting experience at a publicly traded multinational corporation; APAC and EMEA experience preferred.
- 1 year of experience working with service providers.
- Understanding of income tax compliance and statutory reporting concepts and cycles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with OneSource Tax Provision, NetSuite, Google Workspace, and Microsoft tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant qualification.
- Master’s in Taxation.
- Big Four accounting firm experience.
- Technology or SaaS experience.
- Experience with Alteryx, Asana, and Claude Code.
Compensation and Benefits
- Work schedule: 2:00 p.m. IST to 11:00 p.m. IST.
- The role requires working from the office at least 2 days per week.
