Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery for influencer marketing campaigns.
- Cast, negotiate with, and contract creators, including usage rights.
- Keep clients updated on campaign progress and performance.
- Monitor CPV, CPM, reach, and engagement; adjust budgets or creator mixes to stay on target.
- Scope and cost campaign additions such as link-in-bio placements and reposts.
- Build culturally relevant creator lists and translate briefs into search filters.
- Create creator briefs and scripts, and review content before client delivery.
- Run campaigns end to end in influencer marketing platforms, including discovery, casting, outreach, contracts, payments, and reporting.
- Conduct high-volume, personalized outreach and use AI for research, outreach, and briefs while validating its output.
- Provide clear performance updates, identify risks early, and maintain strong client and creator relationships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or campaign management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end influencer campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms for discovery, outreach, and reporting.
- Experience negotiating with and contracting creators, including usage rights.
- Some client-facing experience, preferably with enterprise brands.
- Campaign experience and strong US cultural knowledge in AI and tech, fintech, sports, or beauty.
- Availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Nice to Have
- Experience with beauty or fragrance brands.
- Experience working in agile, fast-moving teams such as agencies, major beauty groups, or technology startups.
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube analytics.
- Experience with other influencer marketing technology platforms.
Compensation
- Freelance contract of up to 3 months, with potential for extension.
- Paid on a day-rate basis; applicants should provide their day rate.
