Influencer Marketer
Build and own ElevenLabs’ influencer program from zero to a measurable growth channel, managing creator sourcing, negotiations, campaigns, content quality, and incrementality-based measurement. Requires demonstrated success scaling influencer programs and strong knowledge of AI and creative tools.

Responsibilities
- Build the influencer program from the ground up, including strategy, creator tiers, budget allocation, and operating playbook.
- Source, vet, and sign creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.
- Negotiate and structure flat-fee, performance-hybrid, and long-term ambassador deals; manage contracts with Legal.
- Write creator briefs, provide decisive feedback on draft content, and preserve authenticity while maintaining brand quality.
- Plan and execute campaigns around product launches, feature releases, and cultural moments.
- Own measurement using promo codes, UTMs, lift studies, incrementality, and attribution; make continue, pause, and scale decisions based on true ROI.
- Partner with paid marketing on whitelisting and amplification, and with social teams to extend campaign reach.
- Build scalable sourcing, rate-benchmarking, briefing, and reporting systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience building an influencer program from zero into a meaningful, measurable channel, supported by real performance results.
- Experience negotiating and closing creator deals across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and/or X, including performance hybrids, ambassadorships, and usage rights.
- Fluency in measurement beyond last-click attribution, including promo codes, UTMs, lift studies, and incrementality.
- Strong creator judgment and content taste.
- Excellent brief-writing and creative feedback skills.
- Experience managing meaningful budgets and collaborating with paid marketing, social, product marketing, data, and legal teams.
- Understanding of the AI and creative-tools landscape.
