About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all corporate variable openings (sourcing, screening, scheduling and everything in-between).
  • Partner with functional leaders and greater TA team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes.
  • Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, considerate, and timely.
  • Proactively attract and engage world-class talent through various strategies (active and passive sourcing campaigns, job boards, conferences, social media, employee networks, outside agencies, internal hires, etc).
  • Continuously strengthen the Nourish employer brand & hiring process. Introduce new ideas, best practices, influence the business to set a gold standard for talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of in-house recruiting experience
  • Experience at a startup that has experienced fast growth
  • Enjoy every part of the hiring process with end-to-end ownership and a headhunter mindset
  • Passionate about building exceptional teams and advocating for all parties in a hiring process
  • Scrappy and comfortable with the ambiguity of early stage startups; track record of hitting and exceeding headcount targets without sacrificing candidate quality
  • Data, systems & process oriented, with expertise in leading TA tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GoodTime, etc)
  • Personally connected to Nourish’s mission
