Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical recruitment for senior-level roles in Engineering, Product, Design, and Data teams.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates with niche technical skills.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand needs, provide strategic insights, and align on hiring.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Champion employer branding to position Traba as an employer of choice in the tech community.
- Optimize recruitment processes using industry best practices and data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for senior-level Engineering roles.
- 2+ years of startup experience preferred; open to high performers from non-traditional paths.
- Strong background in strategic sourcing and talent acquisition across a range of technical expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of the technology landscape, market trends, and ability to engage senior-level technical professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution in recruitment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Compensation
Total compensation (cash + equity) range: $100,000 - $220,000, based on market data and scope. Highly competitive equity package. Open to adjusting for exceptionally qualified candidates.
