About the role
Responsibilities
- Own finding and engaging the best talent for critical technical roles as the first Technical Sourcer
- Build pipelines through GitHub, technical communities, niche forums, referral networks, and non-traditional channels
- Craft specific, human, and tailored outreach messages that make candidates feel personally identified
- Carry a meaningful req load and keep pipelines moving across multiple roles simultaneously
- Use tools like Claude and purpose-built recruiting AI to personalize outreach at scale and accelerate research
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand what "great" looks like for each role
- Track sourcing channel performance, outreach conversion, and pipeline health
Requirements
- 2+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally at a high-growth tech company
- Track record of creative, proactive sourcing with specific channels or approaches that worked
- Proven ability to carry high req volume while maintaining pipeline quality and candidate experience
- Exceptional written communication with specific, tight, and compelling outreach
- Highly proficient with modern sourcing tools and active daily user of AI in workflow
- High personal bar for quality and comfortable with autonomy and operating in ambiguity

Compensation & Benefits
- Targeted cash compensation: $100,000–$140,000
