  • Sweat the small stuff: calendars, docs, follow-ups, processes.
  • Automate anything possible, proactively use AI tools.

Requirements

  • Sharp, resourceful, thrive in ambiguity; quickly pick things up and figure out messy problems.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Prior experience in startups, consulting, operations, or fast-paced environments.
  • Enjoy working in person 5 days a week in SF.
