Product Experience Specialist
Provides frontline support for Lovable users, resolves complex product issues, improves support processes, and channels customer insights into product development. The role requires three years of B2C SaaS support experience, strong communication, initiative, and curiosity about AI tools.

Responsibilities
- Own user problems end to end by becoming a Lovable expert, resolving a wide range of issues quickly and clearly, and escalating effectively to engineering when needed.
- Improve the support stack by maintaining the internal knowledge base, designing smarter workflows, and identifying ways to help the team operate more effectively.
- Act as the voice of the customer by feeding product feedback into the team so frontline insights improve the product.
- Grow scope and ownership across user engagement, internal initiatives, and community interaction.
Requirements
- Recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree.
- 3 years of experience in B2C SaaS support.
- Experience with support tools such as Intercom.
- Strong initiative and ownership.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to test new approaches and use AI tools.
- Clear, warm, and precise written communication.
- Availability during APAC business hours.
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience with Lovable, Claude, or similar AI tools.
