Service Agent, Patient Care Coordinator
Provides phone, email, and chat support to patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurers; schedules appointments, manages provider calendars, processes administrative requests, and resolves or escalates minor technical issues. Customer service, phone support, multitasking, and scheduling experience are required.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming patient inquiries, answer questions, and schedule appointments.
- Make outbound calls to patients, pharmacies, and insurance companies.
- Create, triage, monitor, and complete tickets in ServiceNow.
- Optimize provider schedules and schedule appointments in eClinicalWorks.
- Support clinicians through Microsoft Teams by scheduling follow-ups, contacting patients who are late to telehealth visits, sending referral information, and sending discharge letters.
- Inform patients about insurance benefits.
- Add insurance cards and IDs to patient documents.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues or escalate them to the helpdesk.

- Medical reception and electronic health record (EHR) experience are a plus but not required.
- Microsoft 365 experience; Microsoft Teams experience is a plus.
