Responsibilities

  • Own top-of-funnel sourcing strategies across EU markets for technical, operational, product, program management, commercial, and corporate roles.
  • Build market maps and talent landscapes by company, skill set, function, geography, seniority, and organizational structure.
  • Generate and engage candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, GitHub, professional communities, industry networks, conferences, and referrals.
  • Build long-term pipelines of passive, specialized, and hard-to-find talent.
  • Adapt sourcing strategies to local market dynamics, candidate expectations, languages, mobility, and regional hiring requirements.
  • Design and improve AI-powered sourcing workflows, research agents, and automations.
  • Create repeatable market maps, talent intelligence reports, outreach content, sourcing documentation, and recruiting processes.
  • Coach recruiters and hiring managers on EU market insights, sourcing strategy, talent availability, competitive intelligence, and candidate engagement.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations, Employer Brand, University Recruiting, People teams, and business leaders.
  • Use recruiting analytics and experimentation to measure effectiveness, optimize outreach, improve conversion rates, and identify regional differences.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of talent sourcing experience, including significant experience across multiple EU markets and functions.
  • Experience with market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for specialized and difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Experience sourcing across engineering, software, AI/ML, hardware, manufacturing, operations, product, program management, commercial, and corporate functions.
  • Expertise in advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, GitHub, and modern sourcing platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of EU talent markets, regional hubs, competitor ecosystems, candidate behavior, and country-specific recruiting dynamics.
  • Consultative partnership skills with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered sourcing workflows, agentic AI tools, workflow automation, or practical AI solutions.
  • Experience with AI development environments or coding assistants such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
  • Experience building relationships with passive, niche, senior, or difficult-to-engage talent.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, organization, judgment, cultural awareness, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, internationally distributed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomy, AI/ML, advanced technology, manufacturing, or complex hardware/software organizations.
  • Experience sourcing across established and emerging European technology and engineering hubs.
  • Knowledge of cross-border hiring, candidate mobility, work authorization, export control, or related hiring regulations.
  • Experience sourcing both technical and non-technical functions.
  • Familiarity with Ashby, recruiting analytics, CRM, or talent intelligence platforms.
  • Experience in high-growth, venture-backed, multinational, or rapidly scaling technology organizations.
  • Passion for emerging recruiting technologies, regional talent trends, sourcing methodologies, and AI advancements.
