Responsibilities
- Review and analyze live videos captured by Motive's dashcams to identify risks using known risk factors and contextual knowledge.
- Follow established annotation guidelines and protocols to ensure data consistency and reliability.
- Deliver accurate data within established SLAs.
- Improve annotation procedures and help shape team best practices.
- Take on responsibilities beyond the defined scope of the role with flexibility and initiative.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a growth mindset.
- Customer-centered approach to designing and executing solutions.
- Interest in data annotation and the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning in the trucking industry.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a 24/7/365 operating environment.
- Willingness to work rotating day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts while maintaining a five-day work week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and tools and switch contexts effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
- Overnight shifts, such as 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., include enhanced compensation where applicable.
