Responsibilities
- Partner with Clinical, Commercial, and Product stakeholders to identify core questions, translate them into clear analytical approaches, and deliver actionable answers.
- Communicate credible, data-driven insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support customer, partner, and business development conversations with data-driven insights, thought partnership, and accessible storytelling.
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Tableau, and other analytical tools to uncover trends, evaluate opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
- Apply statistical and analytical methods across clinical, commercial, product, and market-related questions.
- Identify recurring analytical needs and turn them into scalable reports, dashboards, models, and self-serve tools.
- Build and maintain reliable analytical assets integrating multiple data sources and improving data accessibility, consistency, and trust.
- Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of rigor, curiosity, and strong analytical communication.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, research, or related quantitative roles.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets.
- Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence and visualization tools.
- Proficiency in Python or a similar analytical programming language.
- Strong analytical and statistical foundation, including regression, hypothesis testing, experimentation, or related methods.
- Ability to structure sound analytical approaches for ambiguous questions and deliver clear, convincing insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across functions.
- Interest in learning the healthcare domain and applying analytics to strategic healthcare questions.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with the US healthcare ecosystem, including payer, reimbursement, utilization, or clinical performance concepts.
- Experience supporting customer-facing, commercial, or partnership-oriented analytics.
- Experience with dbt Cloud or similar tools.
- Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data warehouse best practices.

- Base compensation range: $789,400–$986,750 MXN annually.
