Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, metrics, and automated monitoring systems for interview content health and performance.
- Measure and monitor content quality, including score distributions, content equivalence, cheating indicators, and score clustering.
- Use AI solutions and agentic automation to scale content-quality monitoring, investigation, and improvement.
- Develop theories, perform root-cause analyses, and validate solutions through data-driven processes.
- Maintain feedback loops with Content Development and Architect teams to prevent recurring issues.
- Monitor business and content-performance indicators and escalate concerning trends to leadership.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on content quality, communicating trends, risks, recommendations, and performance updates to content leadership and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in analytics or strategy roles with ownership of business outcomes.
- Professional experience using modern AI tools such as Claude and GPT for complex data analysis and agent-based automation workflows.
- Proven success leading data-driven strategy at scale.
- Deep expertise in SQL and large-scale data analysis.
- Fluency with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Comfort working with significant autonomy and accountability in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
