CX Business Intelligence Analyst
Build and govern CX data pipelines, models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks while partnering with business and technical leaders. Responsibilities
- Own ambiguous CX data problems, analysis, and measurement frameworks.
- Deliver high-impact projects while managing trade-offs, expectations, and timelines.
- Partner with CX leaders, data science, data engineering, and Salesforce/tool developers on strategy.
- Apply statistical methods and AI-driven anomaly detection to identify opportunities and diagnose performance issues.
- Establish reliable sources of truth across messy and conflicting data sources.
- Define dbt and Snowflake pipeline requirements for evolving CX data sources.
- Build and maintain monitoring systems, Streamlit dashboards, reporting pipelines, and ETL workflows.
- Improve data modeling, schema design, data quality, governance, and adoption of data capabilities.
- Use AI in analytics workflows, including hypothesis generation, code drafting, reconciliation, validation, documentation, and task automation.
- Present complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor data practitioners and promote data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data governance.
- Strong SQL and Python proficiency, including analysis of large datasets.
- Strong foundation in data modeling, schema design, and data quality practices.
- Functional experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
- Experience building and maintaining reporting pipelines and ETL workflows.
- Experience designing or operating governance for AI-assisted analytics outputs, including validation standards, drift and source-of-truth audits, and human-review policies.
- Practical experience using AI in analytics workflows, with clear understanding of where human verification is required.
- Clear communication, independent execution, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
- Denver and most major metro locations: $111,160-$138,950 per year.
- San Francisco and New York: $134,735-$168,419 per year.
- Full-time employees receive benefits and equity (RSUs).
