Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of market research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer and promote a customer-centric culture.
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity.
- Develop and refine research methodologies and best practices.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from interviews, surveys, discussions, industry publications, and other sources.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate findings and actionable insights.
- Present recommendations to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance when managing research information.
- Support senior research and insights staff with background research, survey instruments, and discussion guides.
- Manage project timelines, scheduling, documentation, and organized research files.
- Coordinate with external research partners and cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Monitor emerging research technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
- 5 years of hands-on market research experience collecting and analyzing data, reporting findings, and presenting insights within the healthcare industry.
- Advanced analytical skills, including statistical modeling and integrating disparate data sources.
- Advanced storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and methodologies clearly.
- Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and AI solutions.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences.
- Understanding of conjoint, MaxDiff, price elasticity, concept testing, brand health, and brand equity tracking.
- Experience managing complex market research studies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
