Responsibilities
- Own and manage key products in the Quote to Cash lifecycle, directly impacting global Partners and supporting AI Monetization for Cloudflare's AI offerings.
- Align and coordinate disparate groups including Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, and external vendors like Stripe and Salesforce.
- Manage deliverables across short-term (product launches), medium-term (billing migrations), and long-term (full ERP implementation) timescales, balancing urgent and important work.
- Publish and maintain roadmaps while remaining responsive to business shifts, proactively communicating to maintain trust.
- Ensure accuracy of revenue reporting, customer service, speed of innovation, and roadmap advancement.
- Listen, synthesize, communicate, persuade, and influence stakeholders.
- Represent Cloudflare to largest customers on billing concerns and plans.
- Provide and demand accountability for delivery of commitments.

Requirements
- Demonstrated success delivering technology solutions in the Billing space.
- Knowledge of best practices in fintech, financial reporting, compliance or similar domain at a SaaS company.
- Experience managing customer-facing products focused on global payments, tax, checkout, invoicing, and other quote-to-cash activities.

- History of delivering with the cadence and timescales of internet-native companies.
- Engineering fluency and technical acumen to build credibility with engineering teams.
- Finance fluency for handling monetary data and collaborating with finance teams.
- Deep understanding of how the Internet works at layers 2 through 7 (or mastery in another similarly complex domain).
