Growth Strategy and Ops

Own the operating system for a multi-market Growth organization, spanning planning, reporting, tooling, data infrastructure, and strategic initiatives. The role requires 4+ years in business, strategy, or growth operations and strong AI-enabled problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operating cadence of Growth, including planning cycles, reporting rhythms, and cross-functional coordination across GTM, Customer Success, Implementation, and Marketing.
  • Create playbooks, runbooks, and documentation that enable successful approaches to scale across regions.
  • Own data and reporting infrastructure to help the Growth team measure performance and prioritize effectively.
  • Lead the AI and tooling stack, ensuring the team uses AI to increase output.
  • Drive strategic projects end-to-end, including market expansion, segmentation, and GTM playbooks.
  • Remove blockers across a multi-market, multi-product Growth organization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a demanding operational environment such as business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, or growth operations at a fast-scaling company.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable defining problems and taking action independently.
  • Daily experience using AI tools for analysis, automation, internal tooling, or research, with examples of tools or workflows built or automated.
  • Ability to translate data findings into business decisions and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable moving between data, process, and strategic framing problems.
  • High ownership, low ego, and strong ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in telecoms, fintech, or B2B SaaS, particularly connectivity or payments.
  • Experience improving internal tooling or automating workflows with AI or no-code tools.
  • Experience operating across multiple markets or regions.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: £85,000–£110,000.
