Senior full-stack engineer owning merchant-facing features end-to-end. Works across Python/Django backend, Next.js/React frontend, API design, metrics, and performance optimization.

What you'll do at Truemed
- Own large, merchant-facing features from inception to completion
- Collaborate with the product, go-to-market, and design teams to set the direction of the merchant experience
- Collaborate on code reviews and technical design documents to ensure the consistent application of best practices across relevant domains
- Actively contribute to building the team’s architectural vision and technical roadmap
- Drive engineering excellence through best practices in testing, monitoring, observability, and performance optimization
Qualifications
- Senior level experience on a great engineering team working with a variety of technologies, and have increasingly impactful accomplishments
- Demonstrated experience working in a full-stack position with technologies such as Python, Django, NextJS, React, and Typescript
- Hands-on experience in metrics instrumentation and data-driven performance tuning using tools like Datadog
- Experience designing, using and expanding back end APIs and data models
- Experience proposing improvements, experimenting, and iterating on existing systems
