Leads complex enterprise software implementation programs for strategic customers, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, partners, and executive stakeholders from presales through delivery. Requires client-facing consulting experience, project management expertise, German fluency, and a relevant technical degree.

Responsibilities
- Lead complex transformational customer programs, define project outcomes, and steer delivery toward them.
- Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and activities from kickoff through training, ensuring timely delivery against customer requirements.
- Manage resources, schedules, scope, and budgets across multiple projects using detailed project plans.
- Collaborate with senior executives, process owners, and technical teams to understand goals and requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for product feature requests and support escalations.
- Communicate project status, action items, risks, and issues regularly.
- Maintain accurate project information in the Celonis Professional Services Automation System for project and portfolio reporting.
- Proactively manage and escalate risks and issues to minimize impact on project success.
- Guide and mentor implementation teams, including partner resources, to ensure adherence to Celonis methodology.
- Contribute to improvements in Celonis Services methods, field expertise, and best practices.
Requirements
- Client-facing project management experience in enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Extensive experience documenting and maintaining project plans, risk, issue, and action logs, and driving problem resolution with customers and executives.
- Strong communication skills and consulting experience, with the ability to manage stakeholders and timelines.
- Experience managing consulting teams across onshore and offshore environments.
- Experience positioning services and writing proposals and statements of work within customer and partner ecosystems.
- Experience working with partners and managing co-delivery.
- Ability to set and manage customer expectations effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in applying technology solutions to business problems.
- Ability and willingness to become certified in Celonis products.
- Fluency in German.
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe/Agile.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
