Senior / Staff Front End Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and build the next generation of Clear Street Active, a high-performance trading platform for active traders.
• Integrate real-time market data, low-latency execution workflows, and advanced trading tools into a performant, responsive web interface.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team on large-scale initiatives that deliver high-impact solutions and shape the future of our prime brokerage experience.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience implementing web applications.
• 3+ years of experience working with modern web technologies, with demonstrated success at a Senior or higher Engineer level.
• Expertise in building and maintaining high-performance, scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, Tanstack, Tailwind.
• Prioritize end-user experience in API design, functionality, and performance.
• Strong command of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Enjoy working in a team-first environment.

Compensation

• Base Salary Range: $200,000 - $350,000 (based on relevant experience, skills, and location; represents base salary only, excluding bonuses or equity).
