Field Marketing Specialist
The Field Marketing Specialist will plan and execute demand-generation campaigns, events, and partner programs to build pipeline and acquire customers in Japan. The role requires strong project management, cross-functional coordination, native Japanese, and excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic field marketing programs, events, and campaigns in collaboration with Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales, SDR, Solutions Engineering, Inside Sales, and APJ Marketing teams.
- Build pipeline in Japan through account-targeted programs, trade shows, conferences, field events, direct mail, webinars, workshops, and other demand-generation activities.
- Manage campaign, program, event, and exhibit materials, coordinating closely with Sales and SDRs before events.
- Project-manage event logistics, including planning, venue selection, vendor sourcing and management, promotion and registration, content development, speaker planning, event-flow management, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to define goals, messaging, tactics, audience-generation campaigns, collateral, lead processing, and follow-up activities.
- Measure marketing activity results and pipeline health; collect feedback and create post-event reports and analysis.
Requirements
- Experience in demand generation, event planning and execution, and campaign management in B2B or B2C marketing.
- Demonstrated multitasking, prioritization, and schedule-management skills, with experience managing complex event programs involving partners, multiple product lines, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience planning, executing, and reporting on marketing programs with internal and external partners.
- Project management experience, including budget management for marketing programs.
- Native-level Japanese and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and self-starting approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time-management skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Excellent presentation skills and confidence communicating with stakeholders in Japanese.
- Experience with Google Cloud, Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, or Asana.
- B2B SaaS, enterprise cloud services, or marketing technology experience.
