Sr. Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion product strategy and roadmap for Agentic Security using data-driven prioritization.
• Drive customer research through surveys, interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities and optimize customer journey.
• Partner with Product Design on prototypes, wireframes, and usability improvements for UI and APIs.
• Collaborate daily with engineering teams; write user stories, scope sprints, and participate in Agile processes.
• Analyze customer adoption data, establish hypotheses for feature launches, and iterate based on insights.
• Partner with Product Marketing on campaigns to drive trial conversions, PLG motions, retention, and adoption.
• Monitor competitive landscape and partner on positioning, messaging, blogs, and webinars.
• Engage with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and TAMs to gather customer feedback and support adoption.
• Leverage AI tools for prototyping, synthesizing insights, competitive analysis, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Significant product experience with AI Agent creation, orchestration, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
• Strong command of OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI; direct experience with prompt injection, agent intent anomalies, rogue agent detection, and related threat remediation.
• 5-8 years of Product Management experience from startup or high-growth environments.
• Undergraduate and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• Prior experience in security, fraud, or compliance industries with foundational IAM/CIAM knowledge (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, RBAC) and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience delivering global enterprise software across the full product lifecycle.
• Proven track record of achieving tangible business results through owned products/features.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in ambiguous situations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with intellectual curiosity for business and technical depth.
• Deep experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments (scoping, sprint planning, backlog prioritization).

Nice-to-Haves

• Hands-on knowledge of agentic workflows, agentic tooling, and productivity applications like Claude Code.
• Experience in runtime security, behavioral analysis, and AI agent classification.
• Fluency in traditional and emerging fraud/risk mitigation (e.g., Account Takeover, resource draining, fraudulent account creation in multi-agent systems).
