Senior Product Manager, Product Foundations
Own the vision and roadmap for Justworks’ Reporting and Analytics product area, turning structured data into useful experiences across web, mobile, Slack, and partner workflows. The role requires 5+ years of product management experience, technical product leadership, strong research and execution skills, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Reporting and Analytics pod.
- Conduct research to inform business cases and product decisions.
- Participate in the product development lifecycle and connect insights to roadmap outcomes.
- Scope, prioritize, and execute projects for measurable business impact.
- Partner deeply with Design and Engineering; lead effective team processes.
- Communicate engineering concepts, concerns, and tradeoffs to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with product managers across pods and domains.
- Contribute to product strategy, shared infrastructure adoption, and cross-domain contracts and boundaries.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a modern technology business.
- Comprehensive understanding of product management and demonstrated success with the product development lifecycle.
- Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation through execution.
- Experience leading technical products or a background in computer science or a similar field.
- Experience building new products from 0 to 1 and shipping continuous improvements to an existing product portfolio at scale.
- Strong problem-solving, user empathy, communication, and product execution skills.
- Experience at high-growth companies preferred.
- Experience building products in a highly regulated domain such as fintech or healthcare is a plus.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with AI tooling.
- Experience in late-stage or mature B2B SaaS.
- Founder or GM experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base wage range for the New York City office: $166,000.00–$214,000.00 per year.
- Compensation depends on skills, relevant experience, and specific work location.
- Benefits are provided through Justworks’ Total Reward program.
