Responsibilities
- Own strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for a core product pod focused on payments, accounts and fraud, or responsible gaming and compliance.
- Navigate tradeoffs between growth and trust, speed and compliance, user experience and operational burden.
- Partner with Engineering to build scalable systems for new states, payment methods, and player volumes.
- Design products and internal tools that reduce manual work, including fraud review, compliance checks, and payout processing.
- Align Engineering, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, and Data teams around shared business outcomes.
- Communicate product vision and progress to leadership and advocate for resources and roadmap priority.
- Mentor product managers, build team culture, and create accountability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- 1+ years leading a small product management team or owning a critical squad.
- Deep expertise in payments and monetization, fraud prevention and account security, or compliance and player protection.
- Experience shipping complex, cross-functional products that drive meaningful business metrics.
- Strong people leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strategic thinking and strong prioritization and tradeoff judgment.
- Experience in a regulated industry such as fintech, gaming, payments, or healthcare.
- Mastery of web and mobile product experiences, including the Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Authorization to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience scaling payments, fraud, or compliance at a fintech or gaming platform.
- Track record reducing fraud loss, improving monetization, or simplifying compliance at scale.
- Familiarity with state-by-state regulations for gaming, money movement, or consumer finance.
- Experience shipping internal tooling or back-office user experiences that improve team efficiency.
- Experience developing junior product managers into strong leaders.
- Understanding of payment systems, fraud detection, or compliance automation.
- Passion for sports, fantasy sports, or gaming.
