Product Designer
Senior product designer who owns products end to end, from user research and prototyping through launch and ongoing improvement. The role combines product design, project leadership, and product management while collaborating closely with engineers and data scientists onsite in Palo Alto.

Responsibilities
- Shape the product roadmap with leadership, Marketing, and Sales.
- Research user and business needs and assess technical possibilities and limitations.
- Sketch and prototype ideas to validate product viability.
- Design elegant, intuitive interfaces and high-fidelity mockups.
- Lead projects from ideation through launch, collaborating with engineers and data scientists.
- Build, iterate on, ship, and support products while managing ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with product designers to ensure a cohesive platform-wide user experience.
Requirements
- Experience designing interfaces and workflows for complex software products.
- Ability to manage projects from idea through launch.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
- Ability to collect and analyze data from varied sources.
- Understanding of software architecture and development processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
