Responsibilities
- Own web design from concept through implementation, including information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity responsive designs.
- Translate complex product capabilities and business use cases into clear stories and compelling web experiences.
- Design product, solution, and campaign experiences for business audiences.
- Collaborate with engineers, brand designers, marketers, and writers to make thoughtful tradeoffs and ship polished work.
- Evolve and apply the web design system by creating reusable patterns.
- Support implementation and design QA, with attention to accessibility, responsive behavior, interaction details, and performance.
- Use research, feedback, analytics, and experimentation to improve experiences over time.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience shipping high-quality websites or web products.
- Portfolio showing strong visual craft and thoughtful UX decisions.
- Strong command of typography, layout, hierarchy, and interaction design.
- Ability to create clear, intuitive experiences from complex content and information hierarchies.
- Ability to move from early concepts and prototypes to detailed designs and partner with engineers on implementation.
- Strong cross-disciplinary collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to balance user needs, brand expression, and business goals.
- Comfort working with ambiguity, seeking feedback, and taking ownership.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $216,000–$240,000.
