Product Designer
Product Designer responsible for end-to-end design of a technical AI platform, partnering closely with engineers, product teams, and customers. The role requires strong visual and interaction design, product judgment, prototyping skills, and comfort with developer tools and front-end technologies.

Responsibilities
- Lead product design end to end, including research, product definition, prototyping, design reviews, specifications, and final implementation.
- Partner directly with engineering and product to frame problems, explore solutions, and ship quickly.
- Collaborate with customers to understand workflows, validate ideas, and test prototypes.
- Improve visual and interaction quality across the product.
- Design clear, fast, and polished interactions for complex technical workflows.
- Evolve the design system and establish scalable product patterns.
- Improve consistency, usability, and quality across the product.
- Work in code with engineers to polish UI and align shipped experiences with designs.
- Help shape design-team processes and raise the product-quality bar.
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design.
- Experience designing complex, technical, or developer-focused products.
- Ability to understand customer needs, explore alternatives, and drive strong solutions for ambiguous problems.
- Strong attention to typography, layout, hierarchy, interaction, and systems.
- Experience working directly with engineers and customers.
- Fast, prototype-early approach with iterative learning.
- Ability to improve product-wide patterns and systems beyond individual features.
- Comfort with Git and VS Code, and interest in working with React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Strong product and design judgment, with the ability to articulate design decisions and readiness to ship.

- $225,000–$290,000 annual compensation, plus meaningful equity.
