Responsibilities
- Translate customer and business objectives into simple, feasible product experiences.
- Manage design projects from discovery and ideation through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and delivery.
- Develop and validate multiple design solutions for complex product challenges.
- Prioritize simplicity, speed, trust, accessibility, and the needs of non-technical users.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, leadership, product marketing, and designers.
- Present design processes and decisions, facilitate design reviews, incorporate feedback, and build stakeholder alignment.
- Champion consistent use and evolution of the design system.
- Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and qualitative and quantitative research; translate findings into design iterations.
- Apply Jobs-to-be-Done and user-centered design principles.
- Participate in design critiques and provide mentorship and constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, methodologies, and AI-powered product design.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a product designer, UX designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar.
- Proven success delivering product design initiatives that improved user outcomes or business metrics.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital products and design impact.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex problems and design decisions to diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design processes and human-computer interaction principles.
- Ability to evaluate customer and business impact using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency with modern design tools; Figma preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Commitment to continuous learning and current design best practices.

- Experience designing complex workflows for enterprise, SaaS, B2B, service-industry, field-service, or financial-services products.
- Experience designing AI-powered features or data-driven product experiences.
- Systems-level or service-design experience.
