Responsibilities
- Shape the strategic direction of product and feature roadmaps.
- Build working prototypes, test them with customers, and use feedback to refine features.
- Partner with engineering and product to define, prototype, and ship product experiences.
- Make complex operator tools feel effortless through thoughtful interaction and visual design.
- Refine validated design patterns directly in code and contribute to the design system.
- Ship high-quality work under real-world constraints.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience spanning product design and front-end engineering, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or complex workflow products.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, polished craft, and the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Experience taking large, ambiguous projects from concept through launch.
- Active experience with Cursor and Claude Code, with clear opinions on producing high-quality output.
- Strong visual design skills, including layout, motion, affordances, and visual polish.
- Strong direct communication and influence through quality of thinking.

- $150,000–$180,000 annual salary.
