Designs and evaluates enterprise AI conversation experiences across voice and other channels, advises customers and internal teams, and develops scalable quality frameworks. Requires 5+ years of relevant experience, hands-on voice expertise, and familiarity with LLM and RAG systems.

Responsibilities
- Design and optimize enterprise-grade AI conversation experiences across chat, voice, SMS, and email channels.
- Advise customers and internal stakeholders on conversation design and voice selection best practices.
- Evaluate and iterate on voice quality across providers, languages, and use cases.
- Evaluate voice quality and interaction patterns to maintain a high bar for naturalness and appropriateness.
- Build playbooks, rubrics, evaluation frameworks, and QA processes that scale best practices.
- Enable Customer teams to apply strong design judgment independently.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to investigate quality gaps and drive improvements through clear recommendations.
- Share learnings and create documentation on best practices to improve consistency across deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience, such as voice experience design, conversation design, product management, applied linguistics, or audio production.
- Hands-on experience with voice, including conversational AI, speech synthesis, or audio production.
- Experience migrating NLU systems to LLMs and understanding use cases for RAG improvements.
- Experience building evaluation frameworks, rubrics, or QA processes.
- Strong communication skills across technical and business contexts.
- Comfortable working close to the product in a fast-moving environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Native or professional fluency in Spanish or familiarity with other languages.
- Experience with TTS providers or speech synthesis tools.
- Hands-on experience with frontier AI tools and deployment in enterprise or high-impact settings.
