Responsibilities
- Own the product’s interaction model, visual language, and design system.
- Define design-system architecture, components, and motion, including
design.mdusage in an AI-driven environment. - Design interactions for major product surfaces from behavior through shipped UI.
- Establish and evolve the product’s visual direction as surfaces expand.
- Contribute to product problem-solving with the lead designer and PM, then carry the design through final execution.
- Push frontend-polish pull requests in the codebase.
- Design dashboard experiences for building, testing, evaluating, and running LLM voice agents.
- Work across data-heavy dashboards and workflow tools where users configure behavior.
Requirements
- 4+ years shipping web products.
- Experience as a designer at an early-stage B2B SaaS company.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong shipped visual work.
- A production design system that was adopted and used in a product.
- Deep interaction-design expertise, including animation, loading states, empty states, error states, and click-to-result transitions.
- Comfort with AI coding tools and implementing frontend polish.
- Figma mastery.
- Experience with modern prototyping and design tools.
- Curiosity about product and technical systems, including how AI agents behave.
Nice-to-haves
- Brand-level design thinking.
- Motion or generative visual-work experience.
- Ability to write coherent frontend code.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $150,000–$200,000.
