Responsibilities
- Shape the core patient-care experience across mobile and web, from education and advice through prescriptions, labs, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Set and raise standards for visual, interaction, and motion design, including micro-interactions and transitions.
- Translate patient and clinical needs into simple, intuitive healthcare experiences.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on innovative 0-to-1 experiences.
- Build and evolve the product design system and interaction patterns.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of consumer-focused product design experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptionally high visual-design quality.
- Mastery of interaction design and a strong point of view on motion design.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring new features to life from 0 to 1.
- Strong consumer-product sensibilities and judgment about delight in a healthcare context.
- Effective cross-functional communication skills.
- Technical fluency sufficient to prototype in code and collaborate deeply with engineers.
- Experience shipping consumer products, ideally in early-stage startups or high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with AI-native workflows and automating routine design work.
- Experience with modern design and prototyping tools such as Claude, Paper, and Remotion.
Compensation and Benefits
- $135,000–$152,000 annual salary plus equity.
