  • Lead with data and market intelligence to help drive decisions.

  • Represent and elevate the AngelList talent brand on the market.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including some startup experience.
  • Ability to thrive and drive consensus and clarity in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
  • Approach that leads with business outcomes over “activity”.
  • Curiosity to leverage AI tools to automate day-to-day workflows and improve the speed and quality of the hiring process.
  • Proven track record of success competing for elite talent in a competitive environment, and history of solid relationships in the industry.
  • Ability to drive process and influence cross-functionally to advance the ball despite any obstacles.
  • Enthusiasm about growth, change, action, and refinement.
