Requirements
8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including some startup experience.
Ability to thrive and drive consensus and clarity in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.

Curiosity to leverage AI tools to automate day-to-day workflows and improve the speed and quality of the hiring process.
Proven track record of success competing for elite talent in a competitive environment, and history of solid relationships in the industry.
