Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across your Core portfolio
Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity
Partner with senior leaders across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate and interviewer experience
Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency, surface bottlenecks, and improve outcomes for your hiring teams
Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact across global markets
Requirements
8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment, with demonstrated success closing senior and hard-to-attract candidates
Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets
Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing
Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations for stakeholders
Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
