What you'll do at Figma

  • Drive alignment on KPIs and key metrics to monitor business performance, drive growth initiatives, and provide visibility into operating performance
  • Build annual operating plans, quarterly, and monthly financial forecasts
  • Develop cross-functional partnerships across Figma to formulate business insight and inform executive decision making
  • Own, run, and improve financial processes that support Figma’s business
  • Partner with Strategic Finance, Data Science, and RevOps to improve our ARR data quality and forecasting
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for the Executive Team, including the CFO, CMO, and CRO
  • Experiment with AI-driven solutions to automate workflows, enhance accuracy, and elevate the speed and impact of Strategic Finance operations
  • Help scale financial operating rhythms as Figma continues to grow
  • Become a trusted thought partner to functional leaders and the executive team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, Big 4 audit, business operations, or related fields
  • Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and distill complex issues into structured frameworks and develop concrete action plans
  • Experience problem-solving independently, organizing workload and priorities, and completing tasks on time
  • Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions
  • Genuine curiosity and passion in the work that you do

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience at a high growth B2B SaaS company, with bonus points for GTM experience
  • SQL/AI tooling experience and deep experience working with large data-sets
