Responsibilities
- Establish comprehensive regional Quality Assurance (QA) frameworks to validate architecture and mitigate delivery risks.
- Oversee multiple concurrent, complex enterprise modernization workstreams migrating legacy platforms to Snowflake.
- Negotiate complex, high-stakes Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Advise customer senior management and C-suite stakeholders on technical debt minimization, risk mitigation, and modernization ROI.
- Establish regional operational objectives, delegate assignments to lower-level managers, and guide team performance.
- Own regional delivery revenue targets, drive quarterly forecast accuracy, and maintain adherence to regional work plans and budgets.
- Maintain hire-to-headcount accountability for the regional talent lifecycle, scaling and mentoring teams in line with regional business plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in technical delivery, post-sales architecture, or management consulting.
- At least 5 years of people-management experience, including managing multiple technical teams through subordinate managers or team leads.
- Extensive experience in post-sales technical delivery or management consulting.
- Outstanding executive communication and client-management skills.
- Ability to influence thinking in sensitive situations and manage multi-department work scopes.
- Deep knowledge of cloud migrations and large-scale legacy database technologies.
- Proven success meeting regional delivery revenue, forecast accuracy, budget adherence, and talent-retention targets.
- Capability or readiness to help establish global delivery objectives, long-term work plans, and strategic goals.
