Leads strategy and execution for Rippling’s IT product portfolio, spanning devices, identity, AI governance, service management, compliance, and inventory. The role builds and develops a product management organization and partners across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

About the job

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and execution across Rippling’s IT suite, including device management, identity and access management, AI governance, IT service management, automated compliance, and inventory management.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of product managers.
  • Define next-generation IT products for AI-driven, automated, and distributed workplaces.
  • Partner with engineering and design to create simple, powerful workflows for complex customer problems.
  • Work with go-to-market teams to understand customer needs, refine positioning, drive adoption, and scale the business.
  • Advise the IT GM and senior leadership on product strategy, organizational design, sequencing, and long-term platform investments.
  • Develop a perspective on how AI will affect IT, security, governance, and workforce systems.

Requirements

  • Deep product leadership experience building and scaling complex products.
  • Demonstrated success hiring, developing, and leading high-performing product teams.
  • Excellent product judgment and systems thinking, including the ability to turn complex workflows, edge cases, and platform constraints into elegant customer experiences.
  • High ownership, strong execution speed, and a bias toward action.

Nice to have

  • Experience or strong empathy for IT, infrastructure, security, or compliance buyers, including IT administrators, CIOs, CISOs, and teams operating mission-critical systems.
