Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for MetaDefender Managed File Transfer, aligning it with customer needs, market dynamics, and business goals.
- Drive customer adoption and engagement, optimizing the end-to-end user experience for enterprise users.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Define and evolve product positioning and messaging with marketing and sales.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and QA teams to deliver secure, scalable product enhancements.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success on go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and enablement tools.
- Use customer feedback and product usage data to identify growth opportunities and guide decisions.
- Establish and track product success metrics.
- Represent the customer, ensuring enterprise-grade security, compliance, and usability guide product decisions.
- Represent the product in customer conversations, analyst briefings, and industry events.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, particularly secure file transfer, data protection, and data-exfiltration prevention.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting business development efforts and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience with large enterprise and public-sector clients is a plus.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills across multiple platforms.
- Experience developing channel and OEM partnerships.
- 5–8 years of product management experience in software development companies, ideally in cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with secure managed file transfer or related secure data-flow technologies.
- Experience with integrated product platforms is highly valued.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to translate user needs into product capabilities.
- Ability to identify product, user-experience, and market opportunities in dynamic environments.
- Global or multilingual experience is beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
- Gross monthly base salary of 1,640,000–2,200,000 HUF, depending on location and experience; equity and bonus are excluded.
