Technical Product Manager - RCM

Own the end-to-end revenue cycle product roadmap across eligibility, prior authorizations, claims-adjacent workflows, and EHR integrations. Responsibilities

  • Own the revenue cycle management product roadmap, including eligibility, prior authorizations, claims-adjacent workflows, and EHR integrations.
  • Translate revenue cycle operations into buildable product requirements.
  • Partner with Engineering on scoping, sequencing, trade-offs, and delivery.
  • Work with clinics and internal operations teams to identify process failures and their business impact.
  • Define success metrics and hold the roadmap accountable to them.
  • Prioritize integration work, new capabilities, and reliability improvements.
  • Partner with leadership on revenue cycle strategy across the broader platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management roles.
  • Direct experience with revenue cycle management, including eligibility verification, prior authorizations, and EHR integrations.
  • Experience owning a complex, integration-heavy product area end to end.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical trade-offs to clinical and executive audiences.
  • Comfort working autonomously in a fast-moving startup and reporting directly to the CEO.
  • Ability to travel to New York City as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent technical background.
  • Solutions engineering experience in a major EHR environment such as Epic.
  • Ability to write code.

Compensation and Benefits

  • New York City is preferred, with regular travel to New York City expected regardless of base location.
  • Weekly team syncs and working sessions require cameras to be on.
