Product Manager, Marketing Orchestration

Senior product leader responsible for the vision, prioritization, adoption, and go-to-market success of Hightouch’s core marketing portfolio, including audiences, analytics, experimentation, and orchestration. The role requires strong customer empathy, technical fluency, communication skills, and strategic ownership across Engineering and Design.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, direction, health, adoption, and growth of Hightouch’s core marketing surfaces.
  • Lead a broad portfolio spanning:
    • Audiences and segmentation/targeting
    • Charts, dashboards, and analytics
    • Experimentation and measurement
    • No-code trait building and business logic
    • Global campaign and journey orchestration
  • Set prioritization and determine the sequence of outcomes needed to support company revenue goals.
  • Define audience, campaign, and journey primitives for AI-native marketing programs.
  • Expand audience targeting and syncing for advanced use cases such as couponing and live auctions.
  • Improve charts, dashboards, and experimentation to integrate with Agentic Marketing.
  • Lead across multiple Engineering and Design workstreams.
  • Present regularly to customers, collaborate with executives, and contribute to company strategy.
  • Drive both product adoption and go-to-market success.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary: $240,000–$320,000 USD.
  • Location-independent compensation under the company’s remote-first policy.
